Terms and Conditions:
All prices are inclusive of VAT. VAT is deducted in the checkout stage for all export orders. The price of the items excludes the delivery charge which will be calculated during checkout. View our shipping rates here.
We will try our utmost to ensure availability, but there are times when certain wines may be out of stock. In that case, Wine @ The Mill's team will contact you and suggest alternatives. If you decide against the alternatives, we will ship available items less the out of stock items or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
We will acknowledge your order via email. Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, delivery will be made to the address specified by you during checkout (shipping details).
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by calling Wine @ The Mill on +27 (0833579353). You can also cancel your order by e-mail. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods to us and we will refund you with the price of the goods within 30 days, beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
Wine @ The Mill processes refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you have made payment by any other means we will send you a cheque or will transfer the refund via EFT.
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card credit cards or by bank transfer into the Wine @ The Mill’s bank account, the details of which will be provided during checkout.
CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Wine @ The Mill by PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate use SSL3 and no credit card details are stored on Wine @ The Mill’s website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. PayGate's Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Wine @ The Mill’s separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate's secure site. For more detail on PayGate, refer to www.paygate.co.za.
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Wine @ The Mill takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Wine @ The Mill has taken all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of it's clients. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded here.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be decided only by South African courts.
Wine @ The Mill may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
